Beth is a Transformational Guide and Reiki practitioner who creates deeply personal spaces for women to reconnect with their own wisdom, worth and creative power. Her work gently weaves together Conscious Education, neuroscience, Reiki, yoga philosophy and deep personal enquiry to support meaningful transformation from the inside out. Rather than living from the problem — constantly fixing, striving or searching for what is missing — Beth invites women into a different way of being: one rooted in presence, self-trust and conscious choice.

With a background in high-end hospitality and more than 16 years immersed in wellness, yoga philosophy, mindset and energetic healing, Beth has spent much of her life connecting, leading and mentoring others. Her own journey has shown her that transformation isn't about becoming someone else.

It's about remembering who you are, choosing yourself with compassion, and allowing your life to unfold from that place.
